We do not offer returns but we want you to love and enjoy your purchase.  We are happy to accept exchanges or store credit for unused items within 7 days of order received. It is the buyer's responsibility for items to return safely to us and we encourage re-using the original packing materials if possible. Collab is not responsible for return shipping costs, or for any items lost or damaged on the return trip.
